OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 24 MILES WEST OF LAUGHLIN TO 10 MILES NORTHWEST OF TOPOCK. THE STORMS PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING WERE NEARLY STATIONARY. * LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...NEEDLES...HIGHWAY 95 AND I-40 AND NEEDLES KOA CAMPGROUND. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
