[californiadisasters] Kit's "Happy Camp Complex" Update For September 17, 2014



"With all of the attention focused on the "King Fire" there has been little updated information on the "Happy Camp Complex". The Complex is still burning and has now burned 127,790 acres with about 70% containment.  Winds could be an issue over the next couple of days but there is a good chance of rain as well."
