The fire has crossed a trigger point...and they are setting precautionary evacuations:
"This is a Code Red message from the Bear Valley Police Department. There is a precautionary evacuation in place for residents residing west of El Camino Drive. A shelter is set up at the Whiting center. Do not call the Police Department regarding this message."
