PARKING PASSES are $35.00 and will be sold during lunch everyday and before school on Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the Activities Office. Please be sure to have the form filled out and bring the correct documentation. Cars will be tagged with the orange stickers next Monday. Cars will be tagged 2 times and on the third time it will be booted. Removal of the boot is $50.00. It is cheaper to buy the pass. HURRY!
LOCKERS: If you have not gotten your locker please stop by the activities office to receive your number. At the end of the day Friday we will purge the list. Monday, August 22 you may come to the activities office during lunch if you want to move to a different locker.
THESPIANS: To be or not to be, that is the question." Come see what it takes "to be" a Thespian at our first Thespian meeting of the school year, today at lunch in J122. Current Thespians and anyone interested in becoming a Thespian are welcome.
WINGSQUAD: VVHS's community service group, will be having its first meeting next Thursday August 25th in H208. Ms. Evans and Ms. Corbitt

FLY FISHING CLUB: Calling all fly fishermen and fly fisherwomen Come to Mr Hicks room in f-212 on Friday at lunch to learn about the new VVHS fly fishing club!! All are welcome whether you are a newbie, or been doing it for years....you will learn it all, from casting.... to bugs in the river....come join the fun on Friday!!
DODGEBALL: Attention faculty and students.....dodgeball tournament will take place next week at lunch. Championship game will be during fall assembly next Friday. So get teams of 6 and sign up in activities office at lunch. Each team must pay $5 to be in tournament.
Hip Hop Hawks: Do you like Hip Hop? Do you like to dance? Then come join the Hip Hop Hawks! We meet every Friday after school in H-Hall by the PAC. All levels of skill from beginner to advanced are welcome to join! See Coach Suman for more information!
MILITARY SERVICE ACADEMY: For anyone interested in applying to a Military Service Academy or college ROTC, there is an informational meeting at the UNM Student Union Building at 6 pm on Tuesday, 23 August. Congressional Representatives will be there to answer any questions. Please see Major Campbell in B-154 for more information.
ATHLETICS
GOLF: Students who are interested in trying out for the Fall Golf team need to attend a meeting at the beginning of lunch on Monday August 22nd, in Coach Cota's classroom in A-216. You must attend the meeting if you want to tryout.
BOYS SOCCER: Scrimmage today at 3:30pm at the Complex.
