LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED RUNOFF FROM EARLIER THUNDERSTORMS HAS MOVED DOWNWASH IN THE WHITNEY PORTAL AREA AND IS CROSSING HIGHWAY 395. PORTIONS OF THE WHITNEY PORTAL ROADWAY HAVE BEEN WASHED OUT WITH FLOODING BEING REPORTED IN THE LONE PINE AREA. * LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...LONE PINE...PORTAGEE LAKE CAMPGROUND AND WHITNEY PORTAL CAMPGROUND.
