07/25/2011	0712	On July 25, 2008, NPS firefighter Andrew Palmer was killed during a tree falling incident on the Eagle fire, part of the Iron Complex on the Shasta-Trinity National Forest. Wildland fire agencies are continually improving medical evacuation procedures because of this tragedy.
