CA-SHF Bagley Fire. 43,481 acres. 45% contained. Hot material is rolling out downhill causing short uphill runs into the main fire. Single tree and small group tree torching were observed, with short range spotting.

CA-PNF Chips Fire. The mandatory evacuation order at the community of Seneca was lifted today. Access is restricted to property owners only. The fire is contained, but unburned islands continue to smolder and burn.

CA-SHF Bagley Fire. 43,481 acres. 45% contained. A slow moving, backing fire was observed on the west flank. Crews continue to burnout, hold and improve fire lines. Road closures remain in effect on Forest Service roads.

CA-SHU Power Fire. 140 acres. 90% contained. Evacuations on the west side of Burney (approximately 100 residences), have been lifted.

CA-MNF North Pass Fire. 40,885 acres. 58% contained. A Type 1 helicopter involved in water dropping operations was involved in a rotor strike incident. Evacuations have been lifted for the majority of the Bauer Ranch Subdivision. Other evacuations are being re-evaluated daily. Active fire behavior with surface fire and occasional torching was observed.

CA-KNF Fort Complex 22,028 acres. 28% contained. Tactical firing operations from previous days continue to hold on the southern and eastern perimeters. The fire continues to burn on the Rogue-Siskiyou NF in the Red Butte Wilderness. Crews were inserted on the western perimeter for opportunities to build direct fireline. The Hello and Lick Fires were declared contained.

CA-SHF Bagley Fire. 42.624 acres. 45% contained. Continuing to patrol and secure direct and indirect fireline. Crews are continuing to prep contingency lines and improve existing lines. Burnout operations will continue when conditions are favorable. Steep terrain, heavy fuel loadings, low RH and erratic winds are hampering containment efforts. Forest Service road closures remain in effect.

CA-MNF North Pass. 40.885 acres. 58% contained. The fire is being managed under a Unified Command (Wakoski/Brown). Aggressive fire behavior with crown fire runs and short/intermediate range spotting. Backing fire in the Middle Fork Eel River drainage. Evacuations have been lifted for the majority of the Bauer Ranch SubdivisiionEvacuations are still in effect for: 1) Indian Dick Road (Forest Road M-1)- all areas north of the Forest Service gate at Boardman Ridge Campground, and 2) Mendocino Pass Road (Forest HWY 7)- all areas east of Benchmark 2444 (2nd driveway entrance to Bauer Ranch Subdivision) to Forest Road M-4. Closures are still in effect for: 1) all areas of the Covelo Ranger District north of Mendocino Pass Road (Forest HWY 7) to the Six Rivers and Shasta-Trinity N.F. boundaries. (Forest closure order 08-12-13). The evacuation area will be re-evaluated each afternoon.

Fire continues to burn on the Rogue-Siskiyou National Forest in the Red Butte Wilderness. An initial attack of a new start was supported by three helicopters assigned to the incident. The Hello and Lick Fires were declared contained today.

CA-SHU Power. 120 acres 70% contained. Evacuations remain in effect in the fire area.

The ICP was relocated from Big Bend to Cooley Circle Seven Ranch just south of McCloud.

CA-PNF Chips Fire. 75,217 acres. 100% contained. Nor Cal Team 2 will shadow CIIMT4 today. Interior burning with low to moderate fire behavior.

CA-KNF Fort Complex Fire. 19,474 acres. 28% contained. IMT3 will have a transfer of command at 1800. Backing fire with 4 to 5 foot flames.

CA-NOD Rush Fire. 315,577 acres. 100% contained. The NRIMT will be transitioning with a local T3 organization.

CA-TGU Ponderosa Fire. 27,676 acres. 99% contained. The transition meeting is scheduled for 1000 Saturday (9/1). The protection of life and property remain the foremost priority and concern.

CA-SHF Bagley Fire. 36,457 acres. 24% contained. This fire is under unified command with Cal-Fire & US Forest Service. Isolated torching, short range spotting, and surface fire. Forest Service road closures remain in effect. Private timber lands in and around the fire area are a priority as are power lines integral to the Northern California electric grid.

CA-MNF North Pass. 34,308 acres. 37% contained. Aggressive fire behavior with crown fire runs and short/intermediate range spotting. Backing fire in the Middle Fork Eel River drainage. Closures and Evacuations in effect for the following areas: Indian Dick Road (USFS Road M1), all residences in the Indian Dick Road (USFS Rd M1), Mendocino Pass Rd (FH7) North to the Trinity County line and East to the Tehama County line. This order also includes all residences and USFS campsites at Howard Lake Campground, Little Doe Campground, and Hammerhorn Lake Campground and all USFS Wilderness Trailheads at Blands Cove, Hell Hole, Stick Lake, Foster Glade, Asa Bean, Rock Cabin, Georges Valley, Soldier Ridge, Smokehouse Ridge, and Green Springs. Blands Cove Road from the start of the Traveler's Home Trail Head, North to the Trinity County line. Mendocino Pass Road, (FH7) North and South of the highway from the Eel River work center East to the Tehama/Glenn County line, including Bauer Ranch subdivision and Forest Service campgrounds. Forest Highway 7 is a primary route between Willows (Sacramento Valley) and the inland communities of Covelo and Round Valley. Forest Closure Order for the northern two-thirds of the Covelo Ranger District. The evacuation area will be re-evaluated each afternoon.

CA-KNF Fort Complex Fire. 18,533 acres. 25% contained. Backing fire with some short uphill runs where alighnment happens. 4 to 8 foot flame lengths. Fire has spotted over hand line in Div B and has reached Tims Peak to the west and the 48N2D road to the east. Members of Pincha-Tulley's type I team have started to arrive and are shadowing today and tomorrow for a tranfer of command on Satuarday. There is an existing closure of the road and trail system surrounding the Red Butte Wilderness as well as a closure of the Pacific Crest and Boundary Trails.

CA-PNF Chips Fire. 74,125 acres. 91% contained. Interior burning with low to moderate fire behavior with high resistance to control. Closure".
