Parking passes are on sale for $25.00 this week before school and during lunch. Be sure to fill out the application form and have your license, proof of insurance and registration when you come to the Activities Office to purchase your pass. We only have passes available for the South lot.
If you wish to purchase a 2GB Hawk jump drive they are on sale in the Activities Office for $10.00 during lunch.

The Volcano Vista High School Art Department would like to invite you to a showing of student artwork at the Harwood Art Gallery at 7th and Mountain in Downtown Albuquerque. The opening will be tonight from 5 to 7. The show will be in two galleries on the second story of the art center. The show will run all month and will come down on Sun, January 30th. All the Advanced Drawing/Painting students and the AP Art students will have work in this show.
A representative from New Mexico Tech will be visiting Volcano Vista on Monday, January 10th. She will be available between the E and F lunch areas during lunchtime. If you would like to meet with her individually to apply to New Mexico Tech, see Mrs. Futey in room E224 to sign up for a time.

ATHLETICS:
On Saturday our cheerleaders and dance team will be competing in the metro competition at Tingley Coliseum. The cheerleaders are scheduled to perform at 10:30 and the Talons are scheduled for 12:30. Go out and show your support to our spirit squads.
Wrestling will be in the Albuquerque Academy Tournament tomorrow.
Boys basketball is playing in the Albuquerque Academy Tip Off Tournament today and tomorrow.
