Seniors, turn in your yellow slips to activities or main office with Connie Ewing TODAY!.

Seniors this is your last chance to register to vote prior to the presidential election on November 6th. Voter registration will be here on Monday to sign you up. They will be located in front of the Library.

Seniors: Campus Specialties will be here on Wednesday, October 10th to take your announcement and cap and gown order. They will be located outside the activities office from 11 to noon. If you forget to purchase on this date you will need to go to their office on Eubank to place your order. The school will not accept your order.

Just a quick reminder to all seniors that your senior portrait needs to be taken at Lifetouch studios by the 13th in order to appear in the 2013 edition of the yearbook.

National Honor Society:  Our regular meeting will be on Monday, October 8. We will be collecting money for car wash tickets and assigning this semester's tutoring hours. You must participate in a fund raiser and complete tutoring hours in order to letter or earn an honor cord.  Seniors meet with Ms Torres in H209 and Juniors will meet with Mrs Jones in E203.

Underclassmen pictures are in. If you did not order pictures we have proofs for each student who took pictures. Stop by the activities office during lunch to pick yours up.

Don't forget to go see Taking Flight Productions production of Medea by Euripides! Come support the talents of Gabby Montano as Art head, Michael Gallegos on sound and Morgan South on Deck & Set. Ticket prices are $6.00 for students and staff, $10.00 for adults, and $3.00 for Thespians and children under 12. Show dates are November 2nd and 3rd.

ATHLETICS:

• Tomorrow the Lady Hawks Volleyball Team will host their annual Dig Pink Volleyball game.  The Volleyball Team will be selling Pink Volleyballs for $1.00 to help raise money for Breast Cancer research.  Please wear PINK on Tuesday October 9th and buy a volleyball from any volleyball athlete.
• Attention all athletes interested in swimming for VVHS, there is an information meeting with Coach Schaumberg on Monday, October 15 at 3:30PM in the Lecture Hall.  Please plan to attend to get all information for the upcoming season.  REPEAT.
