[californiadisasters] Dry Winter Has CALFIRE On Alert

What is ironic is that this was posted in January, 2012, ergo, last winter.
Here we are 14 months later and it is even drier this Winter than a year ago.
This is cumulatively on top of the last rain season which means that fire conditions are even worse now than those described in this video: http://youtu.be/UEXeuyHpI7g
