WINDS SHOULD BEGIN TO DECREASE AFTER 10 PM THIS EVENING. * WINDS: SOUTHWEST TO WEST WINDS OF 20 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS 45 TO 60 MPH. * GUSTS OF 60 TO 70 MPH WILL AFFECT WIND PRONE AREAS ALONG HIGHWAY 395 SUCH AS THE WALKER RIVER CANYON AND FROM BRIDGEPORT TO MAMMOTH LAKES. * SIERRA RIDGE WIND GUSTS UP TO 100 MPH ARE LIKELY. * IMPACTS: STRONG WINDS WILL IMPACT TRAVEL ON HIGHWAY 395...AND MAY DAMAGE TREES AND FENCES.
