[californiadisasters] North Ops News & Notes Update (10/14/10-7AM)

10/14/2010	0655	National PL: 2 North Ops PL: 2 MACS Mode: 2 Initial Attack Activity was light in the GACC yesterday with 15 fires for 9 acres reported in the Daily Situation Report, ( there may be a 24-hour delay in reporting on the SIT report). There are 6 small fires being managed to achieve multiple objectives (ENF). There are currently no large fires burning in the GACC. Friday through Sunday will be partly to mostly cloudy and cooler with locally gusty S-SW winds and better overnight RH recovery.  There is a chance of light showers in the northern 1/3 of the region Saturday as a weak front sweeps through. Minamal resources committed out of the GACC
