The revision had a different event number, and that was the one that was deleted.  The original 6.9 stands for now.

I'm having trouble understanding just what happened or didn't. The USGS/ENS
reports on this time total three: updated, updated, deleted (emails received
11:12, 14:48, 15:05, respectively).

An exclamation point on today's ShakeOut. Look at the map, folks. There
has been a build up at this location over several weeks, and more overnight.
It is right on the plate boundary, and if you follow the lines north you can
connect directly into the point at the south end of the Salton Sea.

Think systemically.
