Man this is fun! yes, again true. Land and seafloor rise make up a lot of modern landmass. My curiosity is still piqued: was there enough coal to create the debris? Apparently yes. At least, the scientists who did the paper believe so. I'm just a curious sort - you know that Kim.

Land that was once below the sea often ends up on dry land.
