* WIND: FROM THE SOUTHWEST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH.
* HUMIDITY: MINIMUM VALUES OF 11 TO 17 PERCENT.
* IMPACTS...FUELS ARE VERY DRY AND FIRE DANGER IS VERY HIGH.
