AT 155 PM PST... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A  LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS MOVING INTO THE CENTRAL COAST... FROM  CAYUCOS SOUTHWARD TO POINT ARGUELLO... AND EXTENDING LOCALLY INLAND  TO SANTA MARGARITA. THIS LINE OF STRONG STORMS WAS TRACKING EASTWARD  AT AROUND 10 MPH... AND WILL CONTINUE TO BRING THE THREAT OF BRIEF  HEAVY RAINFALL... ACCUMULATING SMALL HAIL... WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH... AND DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING. * LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...  CAYUCOS... MORRO BAY... ARROYO GRANDE... SAN LUIS OBISPO... VANDENBERG... AND SANTA MARIA
