TO LOCALLY STRONG SANTA ANA WINDS ACROSS SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA THROUGH
THIS AFTERNOON. LOCAL WIND GUSTS OVER 70 MPH WILL OCCUR IN
CANYONS IN THE SANTA ANA MOUNTAINS AND FOOTHILLS... WHILE WIND
GUSTS TO 60 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE IN THE INLAND EMPIRE AND AT LOWER
ELEVATIONS OF INLAND ORANGE COUNTY. LOCAL WIND GUSTS TO 55 MPH
WILL BE POSSIBLE IN THE REMAINING MOUNTAINS...THE SAN DIEGO

AND MALFUNCTIONING TRAFFIC SIGNALS. MODERATE DAMAGE TO LARGE
SIGNS POSSIBLE. MINOR DAMAGE TO TILED AND SHINGLED ROOFS.
