Erta Ale Lava Lake Images

Dear Volcano Community,
at Erta Ale volcano, Danakil Depression, Ethiopia, an about 50 meter wide lava
lake is again observable from the rim of the Southern pit, now about 15 meter
deep. This is again possible because the spatter cone which erupted many lava
overflows on past November 2010 has partially collapsed at mid January, 2011.
