I sure don't know what you perceived you experienced but I do know it wasn't an earthquake unless it was M0.2  event at a depth of 400 feet under your house. ;-p

I also notice that there are no mentions of anything in the Redding Record-Searchlight. Did you talk to any of your neighbors about this and if so what did they say?

I've felt a lot of earthquakes before, growing up in the bay area,  but have never felt/heard one like this
