12/18	1700	Temperatures will warm a little and humidity will become low Wednesday and Thursday. There will be northerly winds of 20 to 40 mph over the Grapevine and over the south coast of Santa Barbara tonight through Wednesday morning.
12/18	0800	Scattered showers with less than a quarter inch of additional rainfall to continue over the Sierra and over Southern California through this afternoon.  Westerly winds of 15 to 25 mph over the mountain ridges and desert passes this morning will increase to 20 to 40 mph this afternoon.
