[californiadisasters] Re: bigbear /dormer - media

I personally wouldn't trust any media reports in a case like this and like one person said, the police will sometimes purposely broadcast false information just to throw people off. Being a free lance photojournalist myself, I know how important accuracy is and try not to be part of the problem. If my information isn't confirmed, I'll come right out and say "this is UNCONFIRMED". Either that ... or wait until it is confirmed, depending on the situation.
