RE: [californiadisasters] Big Bear shootout/ Dorner - flight restriction

State law allows credentialed media personnel to go anywhere outside of a police perimeter. Watching the coverage on TV I was amazed the FAA had not placed a TFR (Temporary Flight Restriction) over the scene already... The media chopper was doing a very good job of showing the world (and suspect) where the police units were set up on the perimeter.
