[californiadisasters] Red Flag Warnings - NorCal (7/28/14-PM)



ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TUESDAY  AFTERNOON INTO TUESDAY EVENING. A DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE INTO THE  AREA AND BRING INCREASING AMOUNTS OF MOISTURE AND INSTABILITY AS  IT MOVES NORTH TO NORTHEAST. THE TIMING AND TRACK OF THIS  DISTURBANCE IS EXPECTED TO RESULT IN THE MOST EXTENSIVE  THUNDERSTORM COVERAGE FROM THE CASCADES EASTWARD. ANOTHER  DISTURBANCE IS LIKELY TO FOLLOW ON WEDNESDAY AND ALSO PRODUCE  ISOLATED TO SCATTERED COVERAGE OF AFTERNOON AND EVENING  THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS MUCH OF SOUTHERN OREGON AND NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
