Re: [californiadisasters] One Fatality Reported in Boyle Heights School Bus Accident

KNBC now (1730 and 1800) reporting the following:

Two males in a black BMW ran a red light, struck and killed a male
pedestrian, struck the school bus. (School bus ended up on its side, appears
to be about 80 feet from point of impact.

These two ran from scene, but a construction worker chased, caught, and held
them until police arrived.

No mention of another automobile.

About 25 students NOT injured of about 44 total. Bus driver more seriously
injured (not listed as "serious" condition, but sounds like better than that
medical definition, and has been upgraded from early reports).
