[Volcano_Vista_HS] VVHS Announcments--Friday, April 8, 2011

Anyone interested in being a class officer next year, sign up in the Activities Office during lunch today and Monday. You can run for president, vice president or secretary. You will need to have a 2.0 GPA or above. There will be a meeting on Tuesday, April 12 for all candidates at 11:20 AM in the Activities office

Attention Seniors: If you want to try out to be the talent at the honors assembly or commencement sign-up sign up in the Activities Office during lunch today and Monday.

HAWK IDOL is coming April 27th. Anyone interested in being in our first talent show sign up in the Activities Office during lunch today and Monday.  All participants must be students at Volcano Vista.

Yearbooks will be here in 3 weeks. If you haven't ordered yours yet, stop by Activities and purchase yours for $65.00.

Athletics:

• Our #1 ranked baseball team will be playing the #2 ranked Eagles at 10:00 AM on Saturday. Let's BLACK OUT the stands.
• Our amazing softball team will be playing the Manzano Monarchs today at 4 at Manzano High School.
• Girls track has a meet at Milne at 8:30 Saturday morning and the boys team will be at Wilson at 9:00.
