IC has ordered VLAT (Very Large Air Tanker, e.g. the DC-10).

Fire is in very stubborn fuel, and keeps jumping lines.

Some areas last burned in 1985; some areas unknown when last burned.

Per CalFire, 14:36: 13,500 acres, 45% contained.
