[californiadisasters] South Ops News & Notes Update (08/13/11-8AM)

08/13	0800	This will be the last update on the Lion fire unless a significant event occurs. The fire grew 27 acres during the last 24 hours. The total acreage is 20,385 acres. Firefighters are pulling hose and pumps and starting suppression rehab in all divisions at this point. A Burn Area Rehab Team will begin assessing the area for potential areas that may need stabilization. The plan is to transition incident to  a type 4 IC's.
