There are calm, collected people who never get flustered, and then there are
pilots:

1. A Delta flight being forced to land on a two-lane country highway where
it passes through a town: The pilot's comms are the epitome of
"professional" calm/clear/and even, right up to and including his last words
in this life, "Oh, damn."

2. Take off from LaGuardia; bird strike; another bird strike; airliner is
now a glider. Make it to Teterboro? No way. Land on the Hudson? Only choice.
Pilot's comms are totally calm/clear/even throughout, including instructions
to cabin crew.

These folks make The Fonz *wish* he understood "cool"!
