[californiadisasters] flooding above La Canada

A slow moving cell has been dumping a lot of rain up in the hills above the 210 Freeway near La Canada.   KCAL9 was showing some lightning strikes and a few washes that had some pretty amazing flows in them.    Also some reports of homes nearby being flooded, but no confirmation.
