It's nooooo problem.   I spoke to the Santa Ana gods and told them no fires until Kim is up and up.    So far, so good.   Although it is quite windy (Santa Ana style) here in the S.F. Valley as I type this.

I have been a bit AWOL of late, especially with the On This Date In California Weather History column. My first quarter at Cal Poly with 15 units has been a bit crushing of late and school is the priority. I plan to get California Disasters in all its incarnations caught up this week I assure you and will try harder to not get behind in the future.
