THIS LINE OF INTENSE STORMS HAS BEEN NEARLY STATIONARY... PRODUCING RAINFALL RATES AS HIGH AS 1.2 INCHES PER HOUR. THIS LINE OF STORMS IS EXPECTED TO MOVE SLOWLY EASTWARD ACROSS THE COUNTY...
