SACRAMENTO RIVER AT BEND BRIDGE SACRAMENTO RIVER BELOW RED BLUFF DIVERSION DAM SACRAMENTO RIVER AT TEHAMA BRIDGE SACRAMENTO RIVER AT VINA WOODSON BRIDGE SACRAMENTO RIVER AT ORD FERRY .SITUATION SUMMARY:  A MAJOR RISE IS WORKING ITS WAY DOWN THE UPPER SACRAMENTO RIVER THIS MORNING.  FLOOD STAGES ARE EXPECTED AT 5 LOCATIONS. OVERFLOW INTO THE BUTTE SINK  AT MOULTON WEIR IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN TONIGHT. OVERFLOW INTO THE SUTTER  BYPASS WILL CONINUTE FOR THE NEXT 5 DAYS AT COLUSA AND TISDALE WEIR. FORECASTS ARE BASED ON PRESENT AND FORECASTED METEOROLOGICAL AND HYDROLOGIC CONDITIONS AT TIME OF ISSUANCE.
