Volcano Vista High School is currently in its sixth year of operation we opened our doors August 2007 and what a ride it has been! Our Varsity Softball teams won District for the 4th straight year and are also back to back State Champions (2011 and 2012)! The JV team had a remarkable season as well winning the City Wide Junior Varsity Championship for the third year in a row!! We are very proud of our Softball teams and we are looking forward to another remarkable year in 2013.
It is our pleasure to offer your company/organization the opportunity to share in our excitement for the upcoming season by becoming an Official Sponsor of the Volcano Vista Hawks Softball Program. Our goal this season is to become one of the best softball teams in the state of New Mexico. By becoming a Sponsor of our program, you will enable many fine young women to participate in a team sport that emphasizes good sportsmanship and respect for coaches, teammates and opponents. Your generous sponsorship will also enable our softball athletes to have the best equipment available to them and reward them for their hard work and dedication throughout the softball season.
APS provides very limited funds to the softball teams. Since VVHS is still a new school, we are still in need of a press box, a microphone with speakers for game announcements, shade structures for the bleachers, pitching machine and a permanent concession stand. The funds provided by APS will fall well short of covering any of these items. By providing a sponsorship to the team, you will allow these additional necessities to be purchased.
As a participating sponsor, you will be included on our Official 2013 Softball Poster which will be displayed throughout the city by other sponsors and supporters of our program or have your business name proudly displayed on a 4ft x 6ft sign to hang along the outfield fence of the VVHS Softball field. The sign will be displayed during the 2013 Softball Season and throughout the Summer and Fall Seasons. Both of these options provide your company with a wonderful opportunity to show your support of high school athletics.
