Student Ambassadors for Mrs. Casaus and Mrs. Maestas - we will be meeting in F206 on Wednesday February 13 during lunch.
Attention Class of 2014: We will have a meeting on Wednesday during lunch in Mrs. Wells room.
Academic Decathlon: There will be no Academic Decathlon practice this week, however, Mrs. Taylor does have the results from regionals, so stop by and see her if you would like to know how you did. We will meet again next Tuesday after school.
Academic Letter: Just a quick reminder: anyone who has not turned in their yellow academic letter application needs to get it turned in to Mrs. Webb in the 9th grade academy TODAY!
Don't forget to get that special someone a Valentine Carnation! We will be selling valentines starting this Friday the 8th at lunch through Wednesday at lunch. Carnation valentines will be delivered on Valentines Day to your 5th period teacher. Each valentine is only $1.50.
FIDM Fashion Club will be selling Valentines grams February 6th through February 13th at lunch in A hall, E Hall, and H Hall! Cost is only 50 cents! Grams will be delivered on Valentines Day in 6th period classes! Go buy your grams for your Valentines!
Reminder: Volcano Vista High School does not accept deliveries of flowers, candy, balloons, etc, for any student. Tell your Valentine to send It to your home.

- Having trouble completing the FAFSA? Bring your questions and documents to the FAFSA workshop tonight in E213 from 6 to 7. 

- Eastern New Mexico University will here today during lunch. Stop by to ask questions about ENMU or pick up information.
Texas Tech will be at VVHS during lunch tomorrow.
- An Admissions Rep from Grand Canyon University will be here this Thursday during lunch. Sign up to meet with him in E224.
- Seniors: If you have applied to the University of Oklahoma see Ms Sandy in room E224 for a great scholarship opportunity that is offered by the OU Club of New Mexico. The deadline is March 31st.

ATHLETICS
- The girls basketball teams plays the Cougars on Wednesday night in the Ring of Fire.
- Boys Basketball plays the Cougars at Cibola tomorrow night at 7. Lets Black-OUT their gym.
