Soon you'll have the annual Halloween parade (occasional with some riot police), Poly Royal, Homecoming, the football season is rolling along and remember to take it easy on the co-eds, they're HALF your age at least college boy.

There's a couple GREAT restaurants downtown, but they're not cheap.

Get back to the books.

I have been a bit AWOL of late, especially with the On This Date In California Weather History column. My first quarter at Cal Poly with 15 units has been a bit crushing of late and school is the priority. I plan to get California Disasters in all its incarnations caught up this week I assure you and will try harder to not get behind in the future.
