This was a disaster for somebody in El Salvador to be sure but not in California.
Whose APB? Your own or did you talk to the constabulary and they placed one on this guy?

APB Out for:  An El Salvadorian male. 28 yrs. of age, tan skin with a tribal tattoo on his left upper arm. He was wearing black basketball shorts with red trim on the legs and a black tank top. He is appx. 5"8" and 160 pounds (athletic build.) Brown/Brown Short hair. I had a conversation with Mr. Esparza ( I was trying to avoid a conversation) on Airport blvd. near the HERTZ Rental Car. He told me that he had sex with a minor (age 14) while visiting El Salvador. This is also the second time I have ran into this individual, the first time was on Manchester Ave. facing east, next to the medical/ dental building.

Vehicle Description: He was driving a Maroon Toyota FJ Cruiser model 2011, Ca. Plates. I did not manage to get or remember the plate number.
