....FIRE WEATHER WATCH SUNDAY AND MONDAY FOR MOST OF SOUTHWEST  CALIFORNIA DUE TO VERY LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND GUSTY EAST TO  NORTHEAST WINDS...    .A STRONG HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE WILL BUILD OVER NORTHERN CALIFORNIA  THROUGH MONDAY BEFORE MOVING OFF TOWARDS THE SOUTHEAST ON TUESDAY.  THIS COMBINED WITH BUILDING SURFACE PRESSURE OVER THE GREAT  BASIN WILL PRODUCE A FAVORABLE WEATHER PATTERN FOR WEAK TO  MODERATE SANTA ANA WINDS ACROSS SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA. RELATIVE  HUMIDITY WILL BE VERY LOW AND LITTLE TO NO RECOVERY OF HUMIDITY IS  EXPECTED OVERNIGHT FOR SUNDAY THROUGH MONDAY. BOTH THE DEAD AND  LIVE FUEL MOISTURE LEVELS ARE AT AND EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO BE  BELOW CRITICAL VALUES THROUGH THIS PERIOD.
