THE COMBINATION OF GUSTY WINDS AND VERY DRY CONDITIONS WILL CREATE  ELEVATED FIRE DANGER ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS AND VALLEYS OF LOS ANGELES  AND VENTURA COUNTIES...THE VENTURA COUNTY COASTAL PLAIN...AND IN  AREAS BELOW PASSES AND CANYONS FROM MALIBU TO HOLLYWOOD. FIREDANGER  MAY APPROACH CRITICAL LEVELS IN SOME AREAS.
