Some/all of the seasonally-closed trans-Sierra roads have been shut for the season so we're on track thus far!

We need just enough rain the SoCal to replenish the underground fresh water (and hold the salt water out here by the beach). What we really need is about 60 feet of snow to replenish the lakes and rivers up north where we get, steal but never borrow from.
