Pranay,

You are asking this in reply to a week-old posting about a now-defunct fire in Shasta Co. - were you actually asking this in response to the resource orders for today's Power Incident in eastern Shasta Co. that for a time threatened to burn Burney?

Anybody know where 9113C strike teams are from? There are no units with 13 as their first 2 number. I might be mistaken.

Highway 299 crash causes fire while passing hay truck ignites

Crews have been working to rescue four people from the Trinity River after a vehicle plunged off Highway 299, igniting a fire that jumped the highway and set on fire a passing hay truck. The road was closed in the area of Del Loma, about 35 miles west of Weaverville, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The vehicle caught on fire, causing the surrounding brush and trees to ignite. The fire spread and jumped the highway and was spreading west, according to the California Highway Patrol's website.

A hay truck passing through the area caught on fire and continued down the road and was last seen headed west on fire toward Hawkins Bar.

The incident was first reported just before 8 p.m. Crews were still at the scene at 11 p.m.
