Ah no.
But then I remember someone speaking after Chenobyl (sp?). There were some who said that this type of reactor was dangerous and the others of the same manufacture should be shut down and a spokesperson said "if we don't shut the reactors down they may have the same problem and some people may die, if we do shut them down people WILL die (from cold)". So I guess that's why they build them where they do, the risk is lower than not building them.
