RE: [Geology2] One of the world's largest scandium deposits found in Queensland

Hi Group

A proud moment for me this morning that I would like to share with everyone in the world.  Geology and geophysics in particular has been my hobby and interest for some time.  I am 69 and have been studying at university as a distant learner (part time at home) with the Open University (very prominent in the Uk )for some time.  I am also partly disabled so field trips are out.  I obtained my Diploma in Geoscience some time ago and this morning I received notification that I have now been awarded a BSc (Batchelor of Science) degree.  It is not an honours but is an open science degree in predominantly Geophysics.  A very proud moment for me and the family.  My son said what you going to do now dad and I said put my books away.  But I am not cos I love using them for reference.  So now I continue to relax and end enjoy this site.  Going to my Geo club tonight and if the lecture is interesting I main even put the info on here.  Thanks for your time and please keep up the good work
