[Geology2] New Geologists

Hello!

I am currently looking in returning to school for a degree in Geology. I looked up at job prospects and talked to a couple people in the field - it seems like a good field to get into. I just wanted to get a little more input on the subject. Is the employment outlook great? What is the best area to specialize in? What kind of work is most abundant? Could I find work with a BS or should I plan on continuing to grad school right away?

Any information would be great!
