...LIGHTNING FROM POTENTIAL THUNDERSTORMS COULD PRODUCE FIRE  STARTS NEXT WEEK IN THE MOUNTAINS AND FOOTHILLS...    .LOW PRESSURE WILL LINGER ALONG THE COAST BEFORE GRADUALLY MOVING  OVER NORTHERN CALIFORNIA DURING THE LATTER HALF OF NEXT WEEK. THIS  SYSTEM WILL BRING THE THREAT OF THUNDERSTORMS STARTING OVER THE  MOUNTAINS ON SUNDAY AND CONTINUING THROUGH MUCH OF NEXT WEEK. THE  MAIN THREAT FOR LIGHTNING IS OVER THE MOUNTAINS AND FOOTHILLS BUT  THE POTENTIAL FOR THUNDERSTORMS ALSO COULD EXTEND INTO THE VALLEY.  STORMS MAY BECOME INCREASINGLY WET BUT WITH SUBSTANTIAL LIGHTNING  COULD PRODUCE FIRE STARTS AWAY FROM RAIN CORES.
