[Geology2] Re: your opinions

I doubt that electric cars generate more CO2. The Prius generates its own electricity whenever you apply the brakes so it gets much higher miles per gallon - burns less gas, puts out less CO2.

All-electric cars that are plugged in at home to charge up are a different question. What I have heard is that the electricity from the power plant causes less CO2 release than the gasoline used in the car. Could be wrong on that, though. I would be interested if you can find an article explaining it.

I've heard of so many "biggest hoaxes" lately that I can't remember them all so can't say which is the biggest. We live in a very hoaxy world these days.
