09/27/2013	1800	Sierra Fire CA-BDF-12675 San Bernardino County Type 3 IC Gamboa Unified Command with San Bernardino County Fire, 200 acres, 95% contained No major problems and concerns at this time. The initial/extended attack suppression efforts by ground resources and aviation resources were very effective and prevented further large fire growth. Madre Fire CA-ANF-4612 Los Angeles County Type 4 IC Ortega 268 acres, 100% contained Minimal Fire Activity-No Fire Activity Rim Fire CA-STF-002857 Tuolumne County Type 3 IC Otterson/Singer 257,135 acres, 89% percent At 0700 tomorrow morning (9/27) incident command will transfer from Cooper's South Central Sierra IIMT2 to Tyler Otterson's type 3 incident management team for portions of the Rim fire on Stanislaus National Forest and Kelly Singer's type 3 team for areas of the fire in Yosemite National Park.

09/27/2013	0845	The national weather service of Los Angeles/Oxnard reports gusty northeast winds across portions of Los Angeles and Ventura counties today.
09/27/2013	0845	Rim Fire CA-STF-002857 Tuolumne County At 0700 a transfer of command went from Cooper's Type 2 team to two separate type 3 organization to manage portions of the fire. (Otterson and Singer)
