Mu Alpha Theta, the National Math Honor Society is now accepting applications. If you have completed either Honors Geometry and or Honors Algebra 2 with a 3.14 cumulative GPA in math classes and are currently enrolled in an honors or dual enrollment class you are eligible to apply for membership. You can pick up applications outside of Ms. Conell's classroom, F103. All applications are due back to Ms. Conell by September 12. All math super stars are encouraged to join.
Best Buds will meet this Friday during lunch in room E102. We will be holding officer elections. If you have missed any meetings or would like to join, please stop by before Friday.
Friday is a Black-Out day. If you would like to buy a black-out shirt we have them in activities for $5.00. We only have small and medium in stock right now but will be getting large and XL next week.
All senate members that are planning on attending the Central District meeting on Saturday, there will be a meeting at lunch tomorrow in the lecture hall. Please bring your permission slips.
ATHLETICS:
- Volleyball has their first home game tonight in the Ring of Fire at 6:30.
- Cross Country Starts Saturday at UNM South Golf Course at 9.
- Girls Soccer plays Eldorado tomorrow at the soccer complex at 7:15
- Boys Soccer plays against Cleveland at 4 tomorrow at the complex.
