1985: Petaluma had a low temperature of 27. 

1980: 2" of snow fell in Big Bear Lake, a remarkable amount for this late in the season.

1967: 3" of snow fell at Cedarville.

1939: Yerington recorded 1.9" of precipitation.

1928: Fresno begins a 161 day stretch without any precipitation.
This is the longest such stretch on record here.

1896: Reno reported a morning low of 16° F.

1896: San Jose had a low temperature of 32° F.
