...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY  MORNING FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY OVER THE SANTA  BARBARA COUNTY MOUNTAINS AND SOUTH COAST...    ...FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY EVENING THROUGH  TUESDAY AFTERNOON FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY FOR MUCH OF LOS  ANGELES AND VENTURA COUNTIES...    .A MODERATE TO STRONG SUNDOWNER IS EXPECTED TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY  MORNING ACROSS SOUTHERN SANTA BARBARA COUNTY. SUSTAINED WINDS  BETWEEN 30 AND 40 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 50 TO 60 MPH ARE POSSIBLE IN  THE WINDIEST AREAS. HUMIDITIES WILL BEGIN ELEVATED...BUT WILL  BEGIN DROPPING FROM THE SAN RAFAEL RANGE SOUTH DURING THE EVENING  AND CONTINUE OVERNIGHT. AS A RESULT...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER  CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OVER SOUTHERN SANTA BARBARA  COUNTY...INCLUDING THE MONTECITO AREA.    ON SUNDAY WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE NORTHEAST WITH ISOLATED GUSTS  UP TO 60 MPH POSSIBLE ACROSS VENTURA AND LOS ANGELES COUNTIES.  HUMIDITIES ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN ABOVE CRITICAL LEVELS IN MOST  AREAS SUNDAY WITH JUST ISOLATED LOCATIONS AROUND 15 PERCENT AND  MOST AREAS BETWEEN 20 AN 30 PERCENT. BY SUNDAY NIGHT AND MONDAY  WIDESPREAD HUMIDITIES BELOW 15 PERCENT ARE EXPECTED. THE STRONGEST  WINDS...LOWEST HUMIDITIES...AND WARMEST TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED  ON TUESDAY.    THERE IS A CHANCE THAT RED FLAG CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE BEYOND  TUESDAY AFTERNOON. THE FORECAST FOR WEDNESDAY IS CALLING FOR  LITTLE CHANGE IN HUMIDITIES...SLIGHTLY WARMER TEMPERATURES...BUT  LIGHTER WINDS. THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LOS ANGELES/OXNARD HAS ISSUED A  RED FLAG WARNING FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...WHICH  IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 10 AM PST SUNDAY.    * WINDS...AREAS OF NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS 20 TO 40 MPH WITH    GUSTS TO 60 MPH. STRONGEST THROUGH AND BELOW THE SANTA YNEZ    RANGE. GUSTY WINDS WILL BEGIN THIS AFTERNOON...PEAKING THIS    EVENING ACROSS THE WESTERN PORTION OF THE SANTA YNEZ RANGE AND    BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND 6 AM IN THE MONTECITO AREA.    * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...HUMIDITIES WILL START OUT ABOVE CRITICAL    LEVELS THROUGH THE EVENING...THEN DROP TO BETWEEN 15 AND 20    PERCENT ACROSS HIGHER ELEVATIONS BY AROUND MIDNIGHT AND AFTER 3    AM ACROSS THE LOWER COASTAL SLOPES.    * TEMPERATURES...OVERNIGHT TEMPERATURES IN THE 60S TO LOWER 70S.    * IMPACTS...RAPID FIRE GROWTH AND EXTREME FIRE BEHAVIOR IS    POSSIBLE IF FIRE IGNITION OCCURS.    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...    A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS  ARE EITHER OCCURRING NOW...OR WILL SHORTLY. A COMBINATION OF  STRONG WINDS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AND WARM TEMPERATURES WILL  CREATE EXTREME FIRE BEHAVIOR. PLEASE ADVISE THE APPROPRIATE  OFFICIALS OR FIRE CREWS IN THE FIELD OF THIS RED FLAG WARNING.
