Yikes! That would destroy flow for both sides. It sounds like Caltrans is making some progress, so hopefully it will be cleared out in the morning.
I'm just curious where exactly this was and how a light rain could have caused a flow. So far this season we've had more mudslides with little to no rain than mudslides with rain. Strange.

They did that for construction last year. Friggin mess, added hours to the trip. The alternative is Santa Barbara (add 3 hours) or 58 (can't take the load and VERY slow). Glad I'm not going through there this week in any case.
